Captain John has lived and fished the coastal waters of the Gulf of Mexico for almost thirty (30) years.  Captain John grew up in the Houston, Texas area and after active duty in the U. S. Navy, returned to the Houston /Galveston, Texas area.  It was then that the decision was made to make a life on or in the water.  Captain John received two (2) Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A&M University, one (1) in Marine Science with an emphasis on Marine Geography, and another in Marine Transportation with an Unlimited U.S. Coast Guard License.
